Responsibilities:

  • Build customer allegiance in assigned area to serve customer and promote customer allegiance.
  • manage dealers and support dealer sales to win important projects.
  • Collect marketing information from frontline and feedback to managers or marketing team
  • Define and implement strategic sales initiatives consistent with business goals and profitability objectives
  • Prospect for new business and leads generation continually to build a pipeline to support future business growth
  • Use tools like Salesforce.com to forecast and effectively manage projects
  • Collaborate on sales and marketing efforts with internal and external partners to drive business expansion

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above major in Life Sciences, a Master's degree is highly preferred
  • Has proven record of good sales performance in life science
  • Strong abilities on business development and key account management
  • Apply various tools to identify and follow new sales opportunities
  • Be motivated to manage assigned market to serve customers professionally
