The position leads the strategic product portfolio crafted to deliver these solutions includes next generation sequencing, microarray, capillary electrophoresis, qPCR, and sample extraction, heavily passionate about support for genomics in various environments, Especially Biopharma market.

Keys to Success
- Independently prioritize and manage opportunities and pipeline to increase sales productivity
- Develop account strategies tailored to assigned accounts using the Global Service and Support value proposition to drive growth in both the short-term and long-term.
- Understand market trends, customer relationships, and business drivers to develop strategies aligned with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with diverse customer call points at all interpersonal levels, placing special focus on cultivating strong relationships with senior personnel through regular face-to-face meetings.
- Employ a systematic process to effectively define, communicate, activate, manage, and drive strategic choices that result in meaningful growth returns.
- Understand competitor and industry activity, keep informed of new products/services and other general information of interest to customers incorporating this in business.

- Empower and inspire the team to achieve financial goals quarterly and annually. Reporting regularly on forecast and sales relative to the plan with variance analysis, able to review at a division reporting level to provide division insights into the region. Developing and completing corrective actions to close any gaps to expectations.
The successful candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in science and strong life science genomics knowledge is preferred
- 6+ years of relevant, industry-specific Business Development/Sales experience, preferably in a life science area
- Validated understanding of the academic background in Medical, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Bioengineering preferred
