How will you make an impact?

The e-Business Sales Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth across diverse B2B transactions through Thermo Fisher's digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of the Digital Commerce team, this role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, leading e-commerce projects, and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, sales operations, and e-procurement.

What will you do?

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
  • Lead Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to identify and cultivate potential B2B customers, applying on/offline marketing tools and techniques.
  • Project Management: Lead and handle eProcurement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data, web analytics, and other performance metrics to make informed decisions and adjustments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, and customer service, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on eCommerce performance, sales trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

How will you get there?

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, chemistry, business, marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is helpful.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in eCommerce, or minimum of 10 years of experience in sales with digital experience
  • B2B sales experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong understanding of e-business platforms.
  • Proficiency in O2C operational processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and social skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Bold and driven to achieve goals.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean.
