A Day in the Life:

• Incoming goods inspection with inspection and release of the raw materials
• Outgoing goods inspection: Final inspection of packaged study medication ready for shipment / customer-specific shipments

• Processing of dispensing/sampling requests
• Incoming goods inspection with inspection and release of the raw materials
• Outgoing goods inspection: Final inspection of packaged study medication ready for shipment / customer-specific shipments
• Processing of dispensing/sampling requests

• Prevention measures against quality deviations
• Execution / monitoring of tool operations
• Storage of sample trains
• Monitoring the destruction of bulk material, study medication, packaging material
• Collaboration in the creation/revision of SOP's and WIs
• Identification of personal training needs
• Participation in regular coordination meetings

• Informing direct superiors about fundamental and significant difficulties
• In quarantine or blocking of materials
• Organization for the execution of sample trains
• Data collection for evaluation of KPIs
• Participation in cross-departmental meetings
• Processing of customer-specific inspection criteria
• Carrying out weekly inspection rounds in the warehouse
• Organization, implementation and processing of deviations

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science (Biotechnology, Chemistry, or closely related degree). Background in analytical theory and technical competency with laboratory analysis. Knowledgeable with cGMP and various laboratory analyses, efficient sample workflows, in process controls, analytical testing and equipment maintenance/introduction.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in multiple modalities (e.g. electronic, written, verbal, etc.), Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong team-working and collaborative skills. Previous experience in leadership and personnel management-desirable
