- Consistently accept good product and reject defective products to ensure flawless quality.
- Follow the inspection instructions strictly and provide accurate, complete descriptions of defective and rejection reports.
- Make and keep accurate and complete records to determine product quality.
- Communicate with supervisors and production lines for any product quality concerns and successfully implement solutions.
- Identify quality problems and trace them back to the production process to ensure continuous improvement.
- Supervise and audit any nonconformance to Work Instructions (WI) and Skill Metrics.
- Handle customer complaints and maintain complete records to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Receive and send customer complaint parts and operate within the SAP system.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- College diploma; engineering-related background is preferable.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Practical experience in measuring and inspection; familiarity with gauges and tools.
- Proficient verbal and written English skills.
- Internal auditor 9001 & 13485 certification preferred.
