The Customer Channels Group (CCG) is a global distributor of scientific products and services, catering to a diverse range of customers including biotech, pharmaceutical, academic, government, industrial, and healthcare sectors. As a part of our CCG team, you will be providing our customers with access to 2.5 million products. These products are not only manufactured by our company, but also sourced from other industry-leading suppliers worldwide.

Hours: Monday-Friday; Day Shift; 4 days in office and 1 day remote

Discover Impactful Work:

The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering on critical initiatives, continuous improvement strategies, and effective project management to achieve team goals and objectives.

A day in the Life:

  • Drive the implementation of STRAP identified initiatives, taking full ownership of their successful execution.
  • Identify and implement Supplier projects to increase business with enabled connections, improving the overall customer experience.
  • Implement process improvement initiatives to improve the Supplier order-to-cash process, as agreed upon with the leadership team.
  • Provide clear and concise project status updates to project team members, partners, and Senior Leadership.
  • Proactively identify future strategic efforts to maintain competitiveness as customer expectations evolve.

Keys to Success:

Must be Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check to include drug screening.

Education

  • HS Diploma
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred; may consider relevant/proven experience in lieu of degree

Experience

  • 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or Information Technologies, preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies for successful project initiation, planning, execution, and control/monitoring.
  • Successful in a team environment with a customer-focused approach, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proven track record to influence without authority and drive accountability across a matrixed organization.
  • Using data analytical skills to tackle problems and optimally presenting findings or sophisticated ideas.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Outstanding communication, adaptable to diverse audiences and situations.
  • Proficient in using applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) for project management and documentation.
  • Encouraging and motivating leader, driving teams towards outstanding results.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and pragmatic approach to challenges.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
