How will you make an impact?
Our Sr. Product Engineering internship is an outstanding opportunity crafted for Graduate students looking to pursue a meaningful career in Research & Development. Interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects are developed by our Senior R&D Leadership Team and may include the following functional areas / business operations:
- New Product Development
- Product Design
- Project Management
- Supplier Engineer
- Value Engineering
Start Date: This internship is set to begin on either May 12th or June 16th, 2025 for a duration of 10-12 weeks - dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation & Relocation: Our Graduate-level R&D internships offer an hourly rate between $29.00 - $38.50 dependent upon the location you are located (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). Additionally, please note this opportunity will be conducted remotely and a relocation stipend is not provided.
How will you get here?
- Graduate student completing a Master's degree in an Engineering-related fieldof study between December 2025 and June 2026. Preferred majors: Biomechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering.
- 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
- Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
- Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in R&D.

To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status. Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $19.64-$32.73.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
