This role is based in Giheung-gu, Yongin-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, within our Material & Structural Analysis Division. You will be part of Lab Automation Team.

Discover Impactful Work:

Leading the growth of Lab Automation business, you will help our Semiconductor customers embrace automated TEM application connected to DualBeam™ FIB-SEMs automated sample preparation solutions. This contributes to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

A day in the Life:

  • Cultivate positive connections with key strategic Korea customers and drive application product (Smart Automation™) implementation for Lab automation solution.
  • Define customer TEM application requirements and collaborate with internal teams for product development
  • Collaborate with Sales, R&D partners and Local Field Application engineering team to meet annual revenue plans.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience

  • 6+ years proven extensive TEM application and semiconductor customer support experience (equivalent experience will be considered.)
  • Understanding and hands on experience with DRAM, NAND and Logic semiconductor device structures (equivalent experience such as failure analysis is preferred.)
  • Effective communication with strategic customers and interpersonal skills to collaborate with collaborators related to the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to process complex data to build actionable application design/information.
  • Experience in image processing Software in the field of Metrology is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities in English and Korean.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Standard work schedule (Mon-Fri) in an office environment.
