Job Description

Position Summary: (1-2 sentences)

Responsible for order processing, demand planning, and customer service. This position will manage the entire process from order receipt to shipment, optimize the finished product delivery process, special order process, and communicate with internal customers about their needs. The candidate needs to have rich data analysis experience, be proficient in using the SAP system, and have the ability to drive digital transformation.

Order Management and Fulfillment:

  • Manage customer orders from receipt of order to invoice of goods to ensure an On Time Delivery.
  • Closely work with cross function team for specific customer requests and priority of shipping.
  • Ensure that the customer database is kept updated, including customer pricing and shipping details

Process Optimization and Compliance:

  • Lead initiatives to optimize the order fulfilment process, finished goods & spares delivery and RMA process for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Establish and implement special order review processes to ensure compliance with company policies and customer needs.
  • Use PPI to improve in areas where we perform below customer expectations and maintain a high service level to customer.

Demand Planning and Digital Transformation:

  • Oversee demand forecasting, analyze customer needs, and lead weekly SIOP meetings to balance supply and demand.
  • Monitor forecast, shipping, backlog, inventory levels to make data-driven decisions.
  • Drive digital projects to automate and intelligently manage order processing, shipping, enhancing the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, order management, statistics or a related field.
  • Good communication skill with international customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with cross functional team.
  • Capable of driving process optimization and digitalization initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Access, SQL, Microsoft Power platform etc.
  • Experience with SAP systems, particularly in SD and PP modules,
  • Fluent English both in written and oral
