What You'll Do:

As a Senior Manufacturing Operator, you will:

  • Lead with Excellence: Take charge of accurately filling and labeling vials, ensuring adherence to company protocols, and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Drive Efficiency: Manage material movements with precision and ensure optimal use of team resources, supporting timely and accurate transaction processes.
  • Champion Quality and Safety: Safeguard against material loss, enforce safety practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support Quality Investigations: Actively participate in investigating non-conformance issues, collaborating with quality assurance teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and ensure comprehensive documentation and resolution of quality concerns.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders to enhance processes, resolve issues, and support team-driven problem-solving efforts.
  • Enhance Processes: Support and contribute to Lean Manufacturing, 5S projects, and ongoing process improvements, actively participating in cross-functional teams.
  • Operate Filling Equipment: Efficiently operate and maintain filling equipment, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and troubleshooting as needed. Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and compliance with production standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience & Education: High School diploma or GED required, with at least two years of relevant experience in inventory management, material staging, and production scheduling. Experience in life sciences or biotech is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills; familiarity with manufacturing software and pipetting is advantageous.
  • Attributes: Strong collaborative skills, a proactive problem-solver, and a results-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change as an opportunity.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly; occasional lifting of up to 45 pounds with assistance or equipment.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and flexibility to work varying schedules and hours as needed.
  • Must be comfortable working with chemicals and hazardous materials.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $19.64-$29.45.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
