Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Will work with hazardous/toxic materials

Working Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Essential Functions:
• Perform specialized tasks within the production environment which include line lead responsibilities in the absence of a line lead.

• Read intricate manufacturing drawings and follow standard operating procedures
• Manufacture chambers utilizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with product blueprint
• Record and complete accurate documentation according to GMP requirements
• Drive a culture of safety and quality in all activities
• Create and maintain SOP's within your area of expertise
• Responsible for performing visual inspection on in-process and finished products andescalate when appropriate
• Working with a team in a fast-paced environment manufacturing complex product
• Be an advocate and participant in the Lean PPI (Practical Process Improvement) culture through Tier boards, GEMBA, JDI, RCCM, 5S and/ or Kaizen events
• Coach other operators on safety, quality and performance standards
• Train other operators on new and existing SOP's. and assist with their onboarding experience• Drive improvements; Identify and suggest improvements to maintain or improve safety,quality and work processes
Minimum Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to promote a fully inclusive and cohesive team environment
• Production experience in a CGMP or Lean manufacturing environment
• Proficient using a computer to include M2M (Made to manage), keyboarding, email,basic Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to perform repetitive work duties
• Attention to detail while maintaining a quality product
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Intermediate math skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast-paced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day withadditional overtime as required for production schedule adherence

• The Clean room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low
ambient noise• Specific gowning is required including gloves, hair & beard net and face cover, safety glasses with no makeup / jewelry, and the like.
• Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
Must have ability to do the following activities:
• Follow all safety protocols
• Drive quality in all activities
• Stand and move about including reaching, bending, stooping, grasping
• Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted; Frequently lift and manipulate up to 30 pounds
