Position Location: CMC factory, Guangzhou, PRC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strictly adhere to the operation procedures, blueprints, and work instructions to perform pre-checks, assembly, testing, and final inspections of critical production positions.
  • Ensure quantity and quality targets are met by completing daily production tasks and meeting safety objectives.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of production improvements, such as increasing equipment utilization, capacity, process flows, and work environment to enhance efficiency, quality metrics, and waste reduction.
  • Monitor and analyze data on the OIC platform to determine the first-pass yield (FPY), collaborate with the engineering team to address key issues, and improve the yield rate.
  • Learn multiple skills and provide cross-line support by completing on-the-job training for new employees according to the training process.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers on project validations, prototype assembly, and testing.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in a mechanical or electrical-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in computer operations, with a preference for basic English reading and writing skills.
  • Ability to interpret simple mechanical assembly drawings (e.g., exploded assembly drawings), circuit control schematics, liquid piping diagrams, pneumatic schematics, etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembling and testing electromechanical products, with a preference for experience in the instrument industry.
  • Prior experience in assembling or debugging optical path systems is a plus.
  • Strong hands-on skills, data analysis abilities, and a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Strong quality awareness and the ability to analyze quality issues using PPI tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate communication between the production line and the engineering team.
