Job Responsibilities

As a Sr Manager, Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the order fulfillment cycle, from customer forecasts to delivery
  • Developing, optimizing, and implementing inventory strategies based on demand plans
  • Steering the capacity loading of the plant in an efficient way
  • Analyzing and addressing capacity conflicts
  • Achieving optimal supply chain performance
  • Collaborating with customers and procurement to address new product opportunities
  • Handling customer and supplier supply chain interfaces
  • Implementing and maintaining continuous improvement projects
  • Aligning Business Segment Leadership and Site to formalize the S&OP scenario
  • Representing the supply chain function for the BSL in customer meetings

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Science, Finance, or Business. Equivalent experience in related fields will also be considered.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Demand Supply Chain, Materials Management, Logistics, or related field
  • APICS certification or equivalent preferred
  • Understanding and training on SAP ERP systems
  • Understanding of advanced planning solutions
