The Sr. Manager of Strategy is part of PSG Group Strategy team. They analyze market trends and develop innovative ways to improve our competitive position. This role will work cross-functionally to develop actionable insights and identify innovative solutions to drive growth through an industry-leading customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide outside-in thought leadership on the future state of the industry and potential impact to overall strategy and businesses.
  • Define strategic context across portfolio of businesses: growth drivers, macro trends, customer dynamics, competitive environment, technology trends, etc. On an ongoing basis monitor, track, interpret, and share industry, competitive and innovation trends.
  • Work collaboratively with leadership from divisions and functions to identify innovation solutions to improve the customer experience across multiple dimensions such as: operational delivery, digital solutions, contracting models and service line offerings.
  • Provide market analysis on prioritized opportunities that include assessing market size, growth rate, segmentation, SWOT analysis and other relevant market dynamics.
  • Bring analytical expertise and techniques (e.g., scenario planning, portfolio analysis, future-back dreaming) designed to identify and make better decisions under uncertainty.
  • Develop and own process for tracking and driving innovation initiatives to include innovation hopper, prioritization and business sponsor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in market analytics, business intelligence, or similar
  • Experience driving innovation and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Familiar with trends and technologies in pharmaceutical manufacturing and supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to seeing opportunities and challenges.
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and on teams in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $143,000.00-$214,475.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
