We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Regional Marketing Manager (International Markets) to join the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) dynamic Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a globally recognized company and contribute to our mission of enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to develop, plan and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote market growth and achieve sales targets in the designated region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Collect market and competitive intelligence to direct marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify and implement marketing and programs to improve customer engagement inclusive of key societies, congresses and customer events.
  • Develop distributor marketing plans and support in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Establish and nurture strong connections with important individuals, including regional sales teams, customers, and influential figures within the industry.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and practices to enhance marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in regional marketing or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
  • Strong project management abilities with the ability to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and positively impact decision-makers.
  • Team Management and experience in leading projects in a matrixed organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
