As part of this job, you will be able to shape the pricing strategies for our global transportation network and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and profitability. Your main duties will involve formulating and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, collaborating with teams from different departments, and establishing and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global pricing strategies for transportation services
- Conduct market analysis and identify pricing optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives
- Participate in pricing discussions with key customers and carriers
- Supervise pricing performance and implement corrective actions
- Apply data-driven decision-making to evaluate pricing models
- Stay updated with industry regulations and market dynamics
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize pricing processes
Requirements:
- Educational background in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field (equivalent experience is acceptable, MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in transportation pricing, preferably in a global or multi-national environment
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using pricing tools and software
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
- Strong understanding of global transportation industry dynamics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
