A Day in the Life:

  • Lead Centrifugation Product Specialist team of 9 to deliver bookings, revenue, profitability, and market share growth objectives.
  • Partner with appropriate colleagues to develop the commercial sales plan in assigned territory and developing/implementing tactics to accomplish growth targets.
  • Work closely with Business Unit product management teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of marketing and new product plans. Represents customer needs in the creation of new products and solutions.
  • Lead sales forecast for the district using Salesforce.com (SFDC) CRM platform
  • Work with channel partners to drive bookings and revenue
  • Employ and adopt PPI as a means to improve the efficiency and effectiveness
  • Talent management, recruitment/selection, coaching, mentoring, training, development, performance management of direct reports

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in Life Sciences or other related field

Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • 8+ years experience in sales, preferably within a major company in the life sciences industry, with 2+ years in sales management strongly preferred
  • Role model sales leader with ability to develop and motivate people at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and unit analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, with initiative and good business judgment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $128,000.00-$211,150.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
