Responsibilities:
- Work together with functional leaders to improve daily business operations through the introduction of measures for performance assessment and the implementation of effective evaluation methods.
- Lead and facilitate a wide range of lean tools within the Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Business System framework, including standard work, value stream mapping, error-proofing, and more.
- Cultivate a workplace culture that values constant development and harnesses talent to accomplish business objectives.
- Achieve monthly savings targets by effectively managing continuous improvement projects.
- Educate employees in continuous improvement tools and thinking to improve efficiency and ensure sustainable processes.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience driving continuous improvement within a lean program.
- BS/BA degree.
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on coaching and influencing others.
- A sincere belief in the viability of continuous improvement and the ability to communicate and demonstrate this to others.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Equivalent experience or advanced degree/certification in relevant areas.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a regulated industry and familiarity with lean concepts and tools.
