What you will do:

  • Define policies, standards, and procedures for master data and planning systems.
  • Establish data quality metrics for master data and monitor performance to evaluate data quality and compliance. Be responsible for data cleansing and standardization activities.
  • Lead or participate in major change initiatives impacting Supply Chain processes and systems
  • Coordinate a center of excellence team (SAP and system experts) who support systems and processes impacting site performance. Coordinate with SAP SMEs to ensures site SAP training solution aligns with current business use.
  • Point Of Contact to help deepen understanding of SAP functionality and the use in business processes
  • Prepare and conduct SAP Access Audits
  • Works in a safe and responsible manner in order to create an injury-free and incident-free workplace.
  • Aligns with all job-related safety and other training requirements.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, operations management, or engineering is required

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of business experience supporting manufacturing business operations and minimum 5 years ERP solutions or implementation is preferred (SAP ECC6 and or SAP S/4HANA).
  • Preferably leadership experience with experience in manufacturing, pharma or medical devices preferred.

Equivalency:

  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and meaningful work experience may be considered!

Project management/leadership skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group including executives, managers, area experts, and end-users. Excellent customer service skills. Sufficient knowledge of SAP systems and design and their business purposes with emphasis on MDM/MM/P-PPI modules. Excellent knowledge of business processes and standard methodologies in manufacturing operations. Focused on results by emphasizing delivery of measurable business benefits aligned with clearly defined key performance indicators. Outstanding attention to detail, interpersonal skills, and quality of service. Self-starter, mature, independent and dependable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and is a self-starter. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Requires discretion and independent judgment. Very high degree of interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Position requires ordinary ambulatory skills and physical coordination sufficient to move about office locations; ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch periodically for prolonged periods of time; manipulation (lift, carry, move) of light to medium weights of 10-35 pounds; arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp and type for prolonged periods of time; visual acuity to use a keyboard, computer monitor, operate equipment, and read materials for prolonged periods of time; ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear for prolonged periods of time.
