What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough analyses in areas such as supply chain footprint mapping, dual sourcing and product transfer strategy.
  • Make/buy decisions, asset optimization, and risk management for contract manufacturing, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
  • Evaluate and recommend products for co-manufacturing versus insourcing, aligning with broader commercial strategies and value engineering principles.
  • Develop high-quality comprehensive, strategic presentations, using analytical insights to craft compelling narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Influencing decision-making across the organization's senior leadership.
  • Create strategies for the transition of products and technologies between co-manufacturing locations, aligning with divisional, regional, and corporate strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and R&D teams to drive cost-out and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives, enhancing operational efficiencies .
  • Strengthening market position and profitability.
  • Partner with product development and R&D teams to embed cost-efficient manufacturing and engineering solutions early in the design process.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies and performance measurement to enhance supply chain resilience and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Lead critical initiatives like demand & capacity matching, ensuring rigor and precision.
  • Use advanced Excel modeling techniques to build financial and operations models and conduct analyses.
  • Engage with leaders across the organization to understand their needs and challenges, providing strategic analysis that supports decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in strategic operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably in a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered favorably. MBA is preferred.
  • Previous Consulting experience highly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, with a high level of competence in Excel and the capability to learn and use new analytical tools swiftly.
  • Expertise in transforming insights into clear and influential PowerPoint presentations.
  • A proactive and motivated leader who takes initiative and effectively drives projects forward.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with strategic and financial implications.
  • Demonstrated success in managing high-visibility projects and initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Ability to think strategically and find innovative solutions to operational challenges.
