Position Summary:

Serve as the single point of contact for Taiwan's life sciences key customers through the entire buying experience of Thermo Fisher products. Identify, understand, guide communicate and grow the value of Thermo Fisher's total portfolio across divisions to Taiwan's life sciences industry.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for defined accounts and grow the Thermo Fisher Scientific share within each key accounts. Plan, organize, manage, and map key accounts stakeholder in each account. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within each account. Manage the sales cycle. Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with senior leaders in the customers. Educate customers on new products and product enhancements. Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits. Work closely with in-market leaders of different product lines to position the products of each line to the key account. Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team. Interpret and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting of the assigned account. .

Position Requirements:

M.A. in Life Science; At least 10 years selling experience in Biotech industry. Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, Good English communications in both oral and written. Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with scientific discussion with customers. Good data analysis and biz planning skills
