Discover Impactful Work: We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Colleague Experience who demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to improve the overall IT colleague experience across our global organization. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Strategy & Colleague Experience, in Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS), you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of information and content strategies, overseeing UI/UX and graphic design teams and building strategic partnerships to improve end-to-end IT processes. Responsibilities:

Global Information and Content Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive information and content strategy for CIS that aligns with business goals and significantly improves the colleague experience.
  • Ensure that content is engaging, accessible and effectively meets the needs of colleagues across various touchpoints and regions.

Design and Experience Leadership:

  • Provide strategic leadership to UI, UX and graphic design team members to deliver intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs that improve user interaction and experience on a global scale.
  • Champion a collaborative and innovative environment to produce design solutions that cater to a diverse workforce.
  • Use data-driven insights and feedback to consistently improve the colleague experience.
  • Implement processes, strategies and standard methodologies that ensure a positive experience for colleagues interacting with CIS services and technology.

Strategic Collaboration and Cultural Engagement:

  • Collaborate with key partners to analyze and evaluate the colleague experience throughout global CIS processes from start to finish.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with global, multi-functional teams to implement solutions that improve the overall colleague journey.
  • Lead the CIS Cultural Engagement team to drive initiatives that promote a positive and engaging work culture across CIS.
  • Champion diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, ensuring these principles are integrated into all aspects of the colleague experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in colleague engagement, content strategy, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
  • Proven track record to think critically and find effective solutions with a global outlook.
  • Strong ability to optimally communicate and establish relationships with individuals at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and engagement within a global organization.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making and using insights to advise strategy and improvements.
