Singapore, Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry (CMD) division.

The Senior Manager, CMD Supply Chain leads the Operations and Supply Chain team for CMD Singapore's manufacturing and global distribution operations. You will drive global and local initiatives which impacts cost, inventory and service for CMD while collaborating with CMD teams globally to achieve business objectives. You are also part of the Global CMD Sales, Inventory and Operations (SIOP) team and will own the important monthly SIOP process for Gas Chromatography (GC).

• You will engage extensively with many functional teams (Commercial, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, Distribution, Quality, Procurement, Purchasing, Finance and Human Resources) globally and locally to develop and implement plans to achieve CMD's annual operating plan (AOP) goals.

• You will own the Operations interface between CMD and Singapore's manufacturing and global distribution operations. Drive actions and set priorities to ensure customer and business priorities are achienved.

- Employ and embrace practical process improvement (PPI) to drive continuous improvement for our Singapore CMD operations while growing customer allegiance score (CAS).

• Develop and implement global and local supply chain projects to achieve business impact for all CMD's BUs and aligned to roadmaps of both CMD Global Operations and Singapore Operations.

• Lead the material management team supporting CMD's Singapore. Responsible for reducing inventory and Excess and Obsolescence (E&O) while ensuring efficient, timely and quality CMD manufacturing and distribution operations. You will be the primary point for serious order fulfillment issues & will provide urgent resolution.

Education

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required in related field; strong preference for fields of study in the supply chain, engineering and management, MBA will be plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years direct experience leading global supply chain or operations teams.

• Experience in Continuous Improvement methodology (LEAN, Six Sigma) & possesses a Practical Process Improvement mentality.

• SAP, APICS CPIM and full spectrum knowledge from Quote to Order to Cash platforms knowledge would be an asset.

• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities• A strong collaborative leadership style and can influence positive change in a matrix organization so to achieve common goals. A problem solver who can present well. Proficiency in Business Chinese is an advantage. Must possess excellent judgment and business sense. Self-starter, independent and able to react quickly to changing priorities. Ability to work evenings on a weekly basis to accommodate global business needs. Occasional travel may be needed.
