- Position: Sr Manager, Key Channel Management - Life Sciences & Biotechnology

- Location: Suseo, Seoul

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel management strategy to drive sales growth and expand market presence across overall key channels throughout the country.
  • Lead a team of channel managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure a cohesive, successful team.
  • Foster and uphold positive relationships with strategic partners, comprehending their business objectives and aligning our services to achieve mutual goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find opportunities and risks within each channel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
  • Assess critical metrics to evaluate the efficiency of channel strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for channel growth and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field, with equivalent experience being considered. Advanced degree is preferred.
  • 15+ years of proven experience in the life sciences or biotechnology sector, focusing on channel or sales management.
  • Proven experience in managing national or regional channels, ideally within a complex, multi-faceted environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing impactful teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
  • Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a strategic approach and the ability to influence others.
