Job Description
Responsibilities:
- As the key member, to take the owner, coordinator and supporting role in the different stages of the project.
- Handle the project progress and set up clear milestones to manage the project.
- Work together with the division sales, VM and other functional teams to achieve the AOP. Build and maintain the high level relationship with the customer.
- Partnering with Divisions sales on daily customer visits to generate more cross divisions leads
- To promote Thermofisher Government and Industry total solution to the customer.
- Explore and catch up the high potential business opportunities. To integrate the internal resources and collaborate with external partners to convert the opportunities/leads to the revenue.
- Manage the existed or develop the new sales channel. SFDC and sales data analysis, reporting and business review

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above major in Chemical/ Pharmaceutics/ Biochemical Sciences, Master Degree is preferred.
- Sales professional with 10+ years of experience in relative industry.
- Proven track record for leading business development efforts and strategic key account management.
- Excel in building and managing relationships, positively affecting business growth.
- Highly analytical and apply various tools to identify and take action on new sales opportunities.
- Strong at problem resolving, focused on providing quality advice and outstanding customer solutions.
- Full of passion and willing to trip.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
