Job Description

This position will be a critical member Drug Product Division (DPD) Commercial Finance team, working closely with the Director of Commercial Finance, being strategic business partner to executives in the DPD and PSG organization.

A problem solving attitude will be required to develop and improve models and processes to make them scalable. This position offers the right candidate an opportunity for career development, learning, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Support:

• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review packages, including consolidations, variance analysis, and insights on trends

• Support the key commercial finance business processes (APR, quotation, price, sales and business expansions forecasting), by coordinating with multiple partners

• Support the Annual Budgeting process and Strategic Planning process through forecast model preparation and analysis

• Support the development of processes that are scalable and effective in meeting the evolving needs of a fast growing organization.

• Support the new business and investment decisions by running effective financial models

Analytics and Data Support:

• Leverage complex data sources derived from multiple internal systems to draw insights and drive actions

• Create financial models and dashboards to help our business partners understand and grow our business

• Providing analytical support and scenario modeling as part of various critical initiative teams that can empower decision making.

• Drive standardized and automated analysis and reporting around the network

• Other ad-hoc support as needed

The successful candidate will gain experience in navigating the white space of a new function, supporting a $2,5B P&L through it's anticipated growth. This is a partnership-heavy role, where the candidate will have the opportunity to work hand in hand with a variety of functions to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting

• 5+ years of analytical experience in finance related role

Strong comfort-level with pulling and uploading data into various database and ERP systems
