How will you make an impact?

As a Sr Document Control Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the detailed execution of our fabrication processes for current production products and new products and process development. By providing job order support, you will supply to the efficient operation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, by organizing, sorting, and distributing paperwork accurately and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our production activities and ultimately, the quality of our products.

A day in the life:

  • Create press shop job order packets to facilitate smooth production processes.
  • Build and release production orders in Baan.
  • Pull prints and attach them to each production order, ensuring all vital documentation is readily available.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and suggest initiatives that support our team goals and drive continuous improvement in our processes.
  • Improve the scheduling of production activities to align with planning requirements and enhance efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing experience of 1+ years working in a manufacturing environment with ISO quality standards strongly preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED required. Higher education or 2-year technical degree preferred.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and interpersonal skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proven understanding of BAAN, our manufacturing system, is preferred.
