Job Description
Job Title : Channel Manager
Division/Group : Genetic Sciences Division / Clinical Next-Generation Sequencing Division, Korea
Location: Suseo (Gangnam-gu), Seoul, Korea
Key Responsibilities
- In close partnership with the business group and channel agents, develop dealer management strategy to ensure efficient business operation and growth, balance direct, indirect/ e-business
- Assess the performance of channel partners, select and develop appropriate channels and distributors for profitable growth
- Build sustainable relationships with key channel partners, set objectives, and develop programs and marketing initiatives to build win-win competence, achieve targets, and improve performance
- Analyze market and channel to enable strategic decision-making
- Drive strong channel growth by gaining new business opportunities
- Identify business opportunities and lead execution with marketing, BD, TSS, and other functional teams.
- Show initiative to develop programs to drive growth in any economic condition
- Maintain accurate reporting, records, and files necessary for proper management of region.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or similar subject area. Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years' sales experience in life science and medical markets
- Strong channel management experience and validated leadership abilities
- Sophisticated selling and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused, results-driven, and demonstrate intuition for business.
- Ability to develop, align and implement impactful tactical sales plans with clear objectives, quality deliverables, and key performance metrics.
- Good team management skills
- Self-directed, persistent, and goal-oriented.
