Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers and real estate developers, in a start-up environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and capture a larger market share for assigned territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions
  • Successfully implement sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals to key stakeholders involved in decision-making processes.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
  • Align and adhere to sales processes and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or greater in the Life Science Business, Marketing or a related field with equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, in North America.
  • Previous experience and awareness of science startup business environments and Bio-incubators
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to compete and excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Background in drafting customer agreements or partnership contracts
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • 8 plus years of sales experience with in the Life Sciences industry
