Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field preferred

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Business Partnership & Analysis

As part of the LCD team, you will act as trusted advisor to business units/functions providing strategic consulting as the main point of contact and conducting business and systems analysis to enable key initiatives.

  • Ensure alignment and communication IT priorities with the business.
  • Map business processes and technologies, including how work and data flow through the organization.
  • Lead information gathering sessions, collecting current and desired capabilities, outcomes, and value realization.

Project and Service Orchestration

Facilitate the planning of information services and initiatives ensuring they are aligned to the business' strategic imperatives.

  • Lead requirements definition, prioritization, project tracking, status reporting across small to medium sized projects.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to coordinate decision-making, inter-dependencies and outcomes.
  • Assess relevance/alignment of requirements against business objectives, compliance, and technology and priorities.

Knowledge:

To be successful in this role you should have meaningful experience in a business-facing IT organization, with a focus on addressing business problems and opportunities using your knowledge of the business, industry, and technology.

  • Strong business intuition with the ability to successfully connect with audiences at all levels.
  • Ability to break down silos and influence opinions.
  • High level of initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Thrive in a matrixed environment that emphasizes speed, agility, and efficiency.
  • Experience partnering with Product Management, Customer Service, Marketing and Commercial functions. Knowledge of Automation, Salesforce.com, eCommerce a plus.
  • Ability to travel between sites as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New Jersey is $112,500.00-$168,750.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
