In this role, you will be responsible for driving the funnel and pipeline development of refurbished Certified Electron Microscopy systems in America region, across multiple business segments including Academia, Semiconductor, and Industrial.   • Achieve and exceed Certified bookings, revenue, and margin targets by building and maintaining a constant inbound and outbound pool of instruments in the region.
  • Build prospects, identify market dynamics, and validate opportunities to build a healthy and solid funnel for continuous growth.
  • Apply your commercial and technical expertise to achieve funnel and booking targets with proactive behavior and a 'roll up your sleeves' mentality.
  • Develop and maintain strong internal relationships with Sales & Service teams to generate leverage and ensure collaboration.
  • Find and execute strategies to optimize the outgoing workforce and propel the business to greater heights.
  • Act as the face of Certified to customers, building and nurturing relationships.
  • Manage the pipeline through a matrix to align with customer expectations and segment strategy.

Location:

This is an Inside Sales position, remotely based in the USA for USA residents.

Requirements:

  • Graduation with work experience in a similar environment strongly preferred.
  • 7+ years of Proven sales and commercial experience, with a hunter and winner mentality.
  • 1+ year of Selling Capital Equipment or instrumentation
  • Experience in the microscopy world of materials science, life science, or semi-business is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving goals in a complex management structure.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to formulate clear solutions.
  • High energy level and ability to embrace and model our values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
  • Experience with CRM/IB tools for pipeline management.
  • Emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Track record in refurbishment/certified business and strategic selling will be encouraged.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Oregon is $86,300.00-$115,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
