Job Description
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to commercialize life science products, spanning cellular, protein, and molecular biology, for the Fiocruz Rio de Janeiro, aiming to achieve established sales goals and strengthen the relationship with the institution.
Identify new business opportunities within Fiocruz, mapping key decision-makers and influencers.
Conduct regular visits to Fiocruz to present products, demonstrating their added value for research conducted.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with researchers, technicians, and managers at Fiocruz.
Develop and implement customized account plans for Fiocruz clients, defining sales and follow-up strategies.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts, ensuring profitability of sales.
Monitor the sales cycle, from prospecting to after-sales, ensuring customer happiness.

Technical Skills:
- Solid experience in sales and understanding of the Thermo Fisher Scientific Life Sciences portfolio of products and services.
- Knowledge of the Life Sciences market, especially in the public sector.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales management.

Education:
- Completed undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedicine, or related fields.
- English desirable.
