A day in the Life:
- This role is for 3rd shift- 10pm-6:30 am; must be willing to work overtime to include Saturdays
- Apply spray finishes to various products
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
- Inspect finished products for defects

To succeed, you need an ambitious approach, a proven track record in manufacturing, and the ability to strictly adhere to safety protocols.
Education
- High School Diploma/GED Required
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in spray finishing
- Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to meet production deadlines
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in accurately adhering to instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear protective gear.
