This role is based in our Asheville, NC facility, known for its outstanding manufacturing standards. Join a team dedicated to innovation and world-class performance.

A day in the Life:

  • This role is for 3rd shift- 10pm-6:30 am; must be willing to work overtime to include Saturdays
  • Apply spray finishes to various products
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
  • Maintain equipment and work area cleanliness
  • Inspect finished products for defects

To succeed, you need an ambitious approach, a proven track record in manufacturing, and the ability to strictly adhere to safety protocols.

Education

  • High School Diploma/GED Required

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in spray finishing
  • Familiarity with working in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to meet production deadlines

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in accurately adhering to instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear protective gear.
