Job Title: China, Supply Chain, Logistics Specialist

Position Summary: As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the efficient, timely and cost-effective movement of goods and products from suppliers to customers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing shipping and logistics activities per SOP &WI requirement
  • Coordinating and communicating with external parties, including freight forwarders, suppliers, customers, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  • Tracking and monitoring shipments to identify and resolve any issues or delays, and providing regular updates to customers on shipment status.
  • Keeping accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities, including shipping documents, invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms.
  • Analyzing transportation data eg volume, cost and KPI etc , identifying and reporting abnormal trend to manager.
  • Executing and tracking cost saving and process optimization projects to achieve cost and quality mutual benefits.
  • Be familiar with transportation management system function

Qualifications:

Knowledge or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
  • Shown experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in domestics management.
  • Fluent oral and written in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and analyze logistics issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Good skill in project management
