Responsibilities:

• Manage and work with a team of software engineers to create and deploy top-notch software solutions for our innovative electron microscopy products.
• Collaborate with teams from various departments to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Drive the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Collaborate in code reviews and actively contribute to the development of effective practices and coding standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, constantly seeking opportunities to enhance our software development processes.

• Masters or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on engineering complex embedded software systems . We predominantly use C++/git/Jira and work on Linux and Windows.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
• Ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering world-class software solutions.
