Job Description

  • Calculate billing data of studies with investigator fees
  • Set-up and update investigator fee trackers
  • Obtain finance approval of payments related to investigator funds
  • Periodically review fund issues of studies and collaborate with Project Leads and Global Finance Analyst for resolution
  • Establish and oversee connections with colleagues within the organization and occasionally interact with clients to address payment-related matters.
  • Address study-related issues and resolve payment and funds-related matters
  • Manage and maintain investigator funds tracker for studies transitioned to site payments
  • Generate performance measurements and reports pertaining to funds management responsibilities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics.
  • File communications
  • Maintain trackers and systems as assigned
  • Create tickets to initiate workflows as assigned
  • Follow up with finance team members for approval updates
  • Seek guidance from the management team to address any issues that arise.
  • Manage shared mailbox
  • Compile data from multiple sources for investigator billing calculation, investigator fee tracker updates, and reports
  • Assist in providing training, guidance, and review to junior team members as a senior team member
