We are currently looking for a Site Collaborations Specialist who will participate in site network collaboration initiatives to support industry leadership in sites and patient access. They will act as a key relationship manager for commercial site networks, leading strategic engagement and as a point of contact for PPD Select sites and networks as well as therapeutic Lead for Neurosciences/Psychiatry and Infection & Respiratory Disease, supporting delivery of Strategic Growth Plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participates in the development of site lists in both pre and post award activities in collaboration with other key stakeholders and leveraging all available data sources. Maintains select site experience data in central repository.
• Engages cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the identification, onboarding, management and support of select site relationships.
• Manages assigned site/site network relationships, serving as primary point of
contact for site/site network.
• Reviews and analyzes site/site network performance metrics and manages and/or escalates issues.
• May participate in the development of site and patient strategy.
• May participate in global and/or cross-functional initiatives and process
improvement projects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Capable of analyzing data and making appropriate decisions
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn appropriate software
• Basic medical/therapeutic area and medical terminology knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Ability to attain and maintain a working knowledge of GCP and applicable SOPs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail and quality of documentation
• Proven flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
