Position Summary:

As the workshop management coordinator, lead and manage the team to ensure that personnel, materials, etc. can meet the production tasks, and solve the production related problems timely, establish standardized operations, and achieve continuous improvement under the premise of safety and quality

作为生产和车间管理者,带领并管理班组在符合安全、质量的前提下,确保人员、物料等能满足生产任务,并能及时解决生产相关的问题,建立标准化作业,做到持续改进。

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support to create a safe working culture and environment, help employees to carry out three-level safety training, and ensure the safety of all production employees;
  • 带领或协助员工创造安全工作环境和文化,帮助员工进行三级安全培训,确保所有生产员工安全生产;
  • Implement quality control of production process according to requirements, and lead the team to deal with anomalies in the production process in time; Timely control and treatment of quality defects;
  • 按要求执行生产过程的质量控制,带领团队或协助及时处理生产过程中的异常;发生质量缺陷时能及时控制和处理;
  • Organize and allocate operators according to the production plan, and complete the related production tasks;
  • 根据计划发布的生产工作指令,组织和调配班组员工,按计划完成有关生产任务;
  • With basic PPI methods, coordinate or support the LCD production to establish & improve the stand work, e.g. 5S, packing process, WIP inventory management, labeling process. Optimize production line efficiency, reduce inventory, reduce scrap to control production costs;

掌握基本的PPI的方法,协调LCD生产逐步建立/完善标准化作业,包括领班工作的标准化, 打包5S, 工作人员领料的标准化, 组长工作的标准化, 半成品WIP库存建立标准化,看板叫料的标准化, 标签打印标准化作业,优化产线效率、降低库存、降低报废以控制生产成本;

  • Develop or maintain daily kanban board, timely report, safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, material and other issues to the leadership, and put forward reasonable suggestions, assist the management team to find problems and provide help;
  • 制定或维护日常看板,及时向领导反馈人员、安全、质量、交付、效率、物料等问题,并提出合理建议,协助管理团队发现问题以便提供帮助;
  • Communicate with management and cross-functional departments in a timely and effective manner, such as production planning, purchasing, warehouse, quality, etc., to ensure that the necessary resources are in place;
  • 及时有效的与管理层以及跨部门沟通,如生产计划、采购、仓库、质量等职能部门,确保生产所需资源到位;
  • Define production layout, keep improving the logistical route; Production/injection molding capacity analysis and improvement.
  • 明确生产布局,不断完善物流路线;生产/注塑能力分析和改进。
  • Fully participates in PPI /Lean /TPM with daily Gemba participation & support of production objectives including schedule execution, downtime reduction, troubleshooting, etc. Supports effective Gap teams to drive continuous improvements. Provides technical assistance and expertise to manufacturing in problematic situations, implementing corrective action. Leads kaizens to quickly address opportunities associated with safety, quality, delivery and costs.

  • Interfaces with production management, other engineers, set up, operators, etc. to resolve problems, identify needs and implement improvements. Provides training to set up and operators as required.

  • Enhance team building, constantly improve team cooperation ability and cohesion, and strengthen team cooperation atmosphere;

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Above associate degree unless with strong molding and shift management experience. 大专以上学历, 除非有非常强的注吹塑和班组管理经验;

Experience Qualifications:

  • Have Molding experience and Lean production concept are ideal.

  • Familiar with common software, such as excel, word, SAP system

  • Have ability for shift Planning, controlling and supervision of the shift for continue improvement.

  • Have sense of priority to arrange production per requirement.

  • Be familiar with quality system and ISO Standard

  • Strong hand-on work ability and problem solving skills. Have sense of urgency to handle abnormal case.

  • Ability to work under pressure for 12hr shift production

能在强压下胜任12小时的倒班班次的工作。

  • Minimum 3 years production management experience in similar industry
