Job Description

Job Title: Service Sales Director

Location: Shanghai, Mainland China, China Full-Time Internal/External

Group/Division Summary: We provide a broad offering of instruments, consumables, software and services that are used for a range of applications in the laboratory, on the production line and in the field. These products and services are used by customers in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, academic, government, environmental, and other research and industrial markets, as well as clinical laboratories. AIG includes three divisions - Chemical Analysis, Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry, and Materials and Structural Analysis - and our Services business, Instrument and Enterprise Services. Position Summary:

We are hiring Service Sales Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate service sales strategy, sales plan and implementation plan to drive business growth
  • Lead the sales teams and manage the entire sales process to achieve revenue target and related Financial KPI
  • Continue developing capable sales force to expand market share and achieve revenue growth nation wide
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with key accounts
  • Ensure the cooperation of sales team with other partners and internal stakeholders across business

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in global organization of related industry, with at least 10+ years of experience in Sales functions;
  • Proven track record of achieving challenging financial results by leading high performance sales teams;
  • Demonstrated ability to understand how to run business and commercial models
  • Strong business acumen, strategy thinking and insights in market
  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, coaching skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
  • Self-motivated and Ambitious to achieve high target
  • English oral and written communication skills
  • Can work under great pressure
  • Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience
