• University degree in electrical engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of professional experience in the design of electronic circuits, knowledge of high voltage and/or high frequency electronics is a plus.
• Proven Experience in assembly processes and functional testing of electronic circuits and in optimizing manufacturing processes regarding product cost optimization
• Have a solid understanding of Product Development Practices, Processes and Tools, experience with Design to Cost methods, preferably in the context of sophisticated analytical instruments. Previous experience with the VAVE project is an advantage.
• Experience in debugging of electronic circuits and in conducting root cause analysis on both PCBA and system level.
• Embrace a growth mindset, demonstrating a willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve to drive innovation and success in production processes.
• Effective open collaboration and communication with diverse teams and leadership.
• Very good written and oral communication skills in English language.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Office programs.
• Proven experience with Software for Electronic design and PCB layout such as Altium Designer, Mentor Graphics, Spice simulators etc.
