Flexibility is key in this role, as you adapt to remote-working patterns, participate in global calls, and travel (up to 25%).
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Requires a bachelor's degree in any life science related field, or four additional years equivalent proven experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years' technical sales exposure, preferably in the Laboratory Software Solutions, LIMS, ELN, SDMS.
- Hands-on knowledge of the life sciences laboratory or biotech / biopharma work environment, including a theoretical or practical understanding of techniques such as Next-Gen and Sanger Sequencing, qPCR, Digital PCR, Flow Cytometry, Animal Models, Cell Culture / Cell Therapies, Pathology (anatomic and molecular), Biobanking and diagnostics.
- Proven ability to showcase software, solicit technical requirements, and communicate value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of commercial operations within sophisticated sales cycles.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $102,200.00-$136,300.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
