Position Summary

As a strategic member of the TA India Leadership team, this role supports and drives the recruitment practice. The focus is on providing an outstanding candidate and hiring experience, specifically for volume hiring at CRG - PPD (a part of Thermofisher scientific). In addition, this role is responsible for driving the TA strategy for Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment process from understanding the role to making job offers.
  • Develop effective working relationships with the Business, HR Business Partners, and Centre of Excellence, being responsible for building positive relationships to establish credibility for the TA function.
  • Use tools and processes built to attract, communicate, and actively support hiring plans systematically and proactively plan for hiring requirements to achieve short and long-term strategic objectives.
  • Partner, influence, and advise key leaders by understanding trends, business needs, and talent required to deliver solutions that result in positive business outcomes.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant business field

Experience Required:

  • 8 or more years of in-house recruitment experience supporting diverse business needs in CRO/Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Life Sciences industry
  • Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Workday/Phenom is strongly preferred)
  • Experienced in working with metrics, dashboarding, and delivering compelling recruitment insights to the business using data and analytics
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well across all levels.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and steadfastly prioritize needs and operational plans and responsibilities.
