Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding site support: Ensure flawless execution of site-specific services.

• Coordinate resources: Coordinate the inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies, ensuring timely availability of materials.
• Maintain compliance: Strictly adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train staff: Provide training and support to new and existing team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

• Proven experience: Minimum of 5 years in a research or laboratory setting, with a strong background in site support and services preferred.
• Educational background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant scientific field.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and teamwork.
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve site-specific challenges.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
