Roles & Responsibilities:

Purpose:

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and execution of Agile methodologies within our organization. You will facilitate effective and efficient Agile practices, promoting self-organizing and cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement. Your primary focus will be on enabling the development team to deliver high-quality products and services by fostering collaboration, removing impediments, and promoting visibility and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and progress tracking among team members.

Leading 2 to 3 scrum teams in your capacity and improve the agile maturity of the teams

Coach and mentor teams. Provide guidance and support to the team members, helping them understand and adopt Agile principles and practices.

Remove impediments: Identify and proactively address any obstacles that hinder the scrum progress, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.

Promote collaboration and partnership: Champion a culture of collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

Ensure adherence to Agile principles: Advocate for and implement Agile practices, ensuring that the team follows Scrum framework and other Agile methodologies.

Monitor and track progress: Use Agile metrics and tools to measure and communicate the progress, identifying areas for improvement and taking vital actions.

Facilitate continuous improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement culture, encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptation.

Stakeholder management: Collaborate with partners, such as product owners and business leaders, to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and promote effective decision-making.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends: Stay informed about the latest Agile practices, tools, and methodologies, and share knowledge with the team to drive innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a software development environment.

Strong knowledge and understanding of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban.

Exhibits the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile Mentality. Helps the team accept SAFe Core Values, adopt and apply SAFe Principles, and implement SAFe practices.

Excellent facilitation and optimally engage and influence team members at all levels.

Ability to identify and remove impediments, ensuring the team's productivity and success.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to address challenges and promote a collaborative work environment.

Experience in using Agile project management tools and metrics to measure progress and drive continuous improvement.

SAFe SSM, CSM, PMP-ACP is preferred.

Experience in adopting QMS (ISO9001) ,ISMS (ISO 27001), GxP practices

Bachelors in Engineering or Masters in Computer Science with 8+ years of relevant experience
