This role involves crafting and implementing global strategies within Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS) and targeted program strategies within the Secure Infrastructure Services (SIS) functional group. This role promises impactful contributions through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Global Program Strategy Development:

  • Conceptualize, develop, and refine global program strategies within CIS, incorporating diverse insights and feedback.

Multi-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate across CIS to understand requirements and challenges, aligning strategies with organizational goals.
  • Liaise with Service Delivery to align program strategies with business needs, encouraging collaboration and shared goals.
  • Provide strategic mentorship to program leads, translating business requirements into actionable insights.

Infrastructure Strategy Execution:

  • Implement infrastructure strategies in partnership with program owners, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Supervise ongoing programs, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Develop performance indicators to measure strategy success, supervise program performance, and adjust as necessary.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for CIS leadership, providing insights into program efficiency.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Champion a culture of innovation, identifying and evaluating new technologies and methodologies to improve program strategies.

Education:

  • Degree in Business, Strategy, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted.

Experience:

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive program strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to envision and articulate long-term strategic goals, coupled with a practical understanding of translating vision into actionable plans.
  • Extensive experience in analyzing trends, competitive landscapes, and business dynamics to advise strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in program management and strategy development.
  • Experience successfully influencing and collaborating with multi-functional teams, senior leadership and key partners to drive consensus and support for critical initiatives.
  • Confirmed ability to lead without direct authority, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment within the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize complex data, derive meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Strong leadership skills, including experience influencing people in complex environments.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strategic problem solver; ability to communicate the vision and structure of the program in alignment with regional cultural principles.
  • Self-starter; organized; meticulous; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively supervise performance against goals and initiatives.
  • Strong project and relationship leadership skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences across the business.
