Job Description

Job Summary:

The Training Coordinator is a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to govern our Knowledge Center. This role will be responsible for coordinating, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of information within the Knowledge Center platform. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail.

A day in the Life:

  • Maintains and updates the Knowledge Center platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Organizes and categorizes content within the Knowledge Center, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility.
  • Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather and review information for inclusion in the Knowledge Center.
  • Conducts regular audits of the Knowledge Center to identify outdated or irrelevant content and initiates updates or removal as necessary.
  • Monitors user feedback and inquiries, responding promptly and providing assistance in navigating the Knowledge Center.
  • Assists in developing and implementing best practices and guidelines for the Knowledge Center platform.
  • Generates and analyzes reports created for the content repositories
  • Collaborates with Clinical System team to troubleshoot technical issues related to the Knowledge Center platform.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Experience

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years) is an advantage.

In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

  • Proven experience in administrative support or knowledge management roles.
  • Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines
  • Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office365 and SharePoint
  • Interest in data analytics
  • Good creative and critical thinking skills
  • Fundamental ability to translate issues into actionable business solutions
  • Good judgment, decision making, escalation, and risk management skills
  • Effective oral presentation and written communication skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

As the Clinical Research Group is a global division, the candidate should be amenable to work in Hybrid or full-remote work arrangement and in rotational mid and night shift (Philippine Time).
