Join our Bioscience Divisions as the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics and Insights. Lead a team of analysts and generate reports to measure marketing effectiveness and drive strategic investments.

As part of this position, you will work closely with collaborators to understand their business needs and translate complex data into clear insights. Crafting important metrics and experimenting with new models will be vital for optimizing our marketing strategies. You will demonstrate influence to guide senior leadership in making informed investment decisions, aligning marketing activities with our business goals. This role requires collaboration, critical thinking, and storytelling skills to navigate diverse data sets and drive growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to deliver continuous data analysis and dashboards for critical metrics, measuring the overall efficiency of marketing efforts.
  • Identify analysis opportunities (deep dives, investigations) based on key business topics, initiatives, or areas of concern and generate actionable insights
  • Manage a team of data analysts and data architects to ensure high data quality and generation of actionable insights
  • Develop persuasive and visually appealing storytelling to communicate insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations to those we work with, including collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations regarding investments in activities
  • Drive continuous improvement in data analytics processes to ensure outstanding analytics

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in statistics, business, mathematics or related field
  • 8+ years of analytics experience required: web, digital media, BI, CRM, etc.
  • Advanced MS Excel & PPT
  • Adobe Analytics (preferred, but similar accepted)
  • PowerBI (or similar)

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $149,500.00-$199,300.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
