Discover Impactful Work:

The Senior Channel Operations Manager drives growth and strategy through our distribution channel partners with the channel operations team. This role works with commercial partners, business unit global marketing, and regional marketing organizations within the Bioscience Division (BID).

A day in the Life:

  • Lead a team responsible for developing and driving the strategy and go-to-market plans to deliver on divisional business growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain channel partner relationships to drive business growths in order to be the bridge for business unit partners (product management and global marketing)
  • Owns the channel marketing strategies to deliver both short-term and long-term growth.
  • Owns development and execution of annual channel marketing plan.
  • Ensure channel plans are aligned with global go-to-market strategy and communicate in a timely manner with channel to optimize marketing, prioritization, and performance plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, product management, commercial and operations teams to manage key channel partner relationships
  • Ensure the team development and flawless execution of channel commercial training programs.
  • Responsible for induction and execution of New Product Introductions for the channel, working with the business unit and product managers.
  • Responsible for execution of operational changes that impact the channel.

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business or related industry required

Experience

  • 10+ years industry-relevant sales or marketing experience in a matrixed, global environment
  • 5+ years' in channel/distribution sales

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • In-depth understanding of distribution channels on a global scale including understanding of digital marketing tactics and eCommerce through our distributor partners.
  • Ability to talent manage and strong desire to develop talent
  • Understanding of customers in our segment and prioritizes customer experience in all things we do.
  • Possesses growth-mindset and instills critical thinking skills within organization to drive continuous improvements as a team.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to draw conclusions and observations from market trends and data analysis.
  • Effective at building relationships, collaborating, and influencing others; experience working with senior executives across various geographies and functions
  • Robust ability to build compelling PowerPoint decks to support the Channel Management team and channel partners.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $120,000.00-$170,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
