Responsibilities:

  • Make use of various components of the HR Model (BPs, Field HR, Platforms, Coll. Services) and Technologies) to enhance collaboration and enrich the colleague experience.
  • Establish and uphold HR policies and procedures, maintaining adherence to legal regulations and company standards.
  • Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Conduct investigations and make recommendations for corrective actions, promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aimed at attracting and retaining exceptional candidates.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and providing feedback to drive employee development and success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver extraordinary learning and development programs.
  • Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring detailed execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends, recommend improvements, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in HR, actively seeking out ways to enhance and bring innovation to our practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Experience, skills & abilities required:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ideally 3+ years of HR experience in a complex matrixed organization, with exposure to operational and commercial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in human resources, handling a diverse set of HR responsibilities.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and effective HR strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
