As a Sr Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our Transportation/Shipping operations, ensuring flawless execution of site support tasks. Job Responsibilities:
- Receives and delivers incoming deliveries by storage environment.
- Data entry into the electronic workbooks.
- Distributes supplies, packages, and equipment across campus.
- Applies company vehicles for site transportation, including box trucks, vans, and forklifts/pallet jacks. No CDL needed.
Education and Experience:
- High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to navigate between systems.
- Consistently positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with others.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computers, software applications, and other technology.
- Experience in data entry and understanding of inventory monitoring.
- May require knowledge of shipping service operations and software such as FedEx, UPS, etc.
