As a Sr Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our Transportation/Shipping operations, ensuring flawless execution of site support tasks. Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives and delivers incoming deliveries by storage environment.
  • Data entry into the electronic workbooks.
  • Distributes supplies, packages, and equipment across campus.
  • Applies company vehicles for site transportation, including box trucks, vans, and forklifts/pallet jacks. No CDL needed.

Education and Experience:

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate between systems.
  • Consistently positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers, software applications, and other technology.
  • Experience in data entry and understanding of inventory monitoring.
  • May require knowledge of shipping service operations and software such as FedEx, UPS, etc.

  • May have exposure to potentially hazardous elements typically found in healthcare or laboratory environments.
